In 2025, HOTEL & SHOP PLUS has established a strategic partnership with the company and will launch the "DJSER Design Recommendation Zone @ Shanghai" at the Shanghai exhibition site.

The 2025APDC International Design Competition Carnival will gather outstanding design agencies and designer representatives from various countries and regions around the world in the fields of architecture, interior, landscape, products, etc., to deeply explore their understanding and expectations of ideal interior spaces. Based on an international macro perspective, it will analyze the current situation and future trends of interior design in the Asia Pacific region.

The BIM Conference, initiated by the Industry and Information Technology Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions since its inception.
