Summit Hotel Properties to sell six hotels

Real estate investment trust Summit Hotel Properties announced the sale of six properties totaling 815 guestrooms for $135 million, according to a news release. The properties sold are the Hampton Inn Santa Barbara/Goleta; Hampton Inn Boston-Norwood; Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis St. Paul Airport – Mall of America; Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington; Springhill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul Airport – Mall of America; and the Residence Inn Salt Lake City Downtown.

Arbor Lodging Partners announced it acquired these properties in a separate news release. The company’s affiliate, Arbor Lodging Management, will manage the properties.
