UBM Sinoexpo joins hands with Shanghai Exhibition-Conference Co.,Ltd for new future of chain commerce

Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (UBM Sinoexpo) announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Exhibition-Conference Co.Ltd . Under this agreement, the two sides will hold respective exhibitions-HOTEL PLUS and Shanghai International Franchise Exhibition (SFE) together at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from April 26 to 28, 2017. With an overall scale of 200,000 square meters, the exhibitions aim to present an industrial event of complete products, multiple business types and integrated solutions to fields of commercial properties such as hotel, mall, restaurant, retail and service. SFE will take place inside and outside Hall W2. With an enlarged scale, SFE will showcase the diversified business types and latest investment direction of franchise, and create a one-stop purchase platform for fields of commercial properties such as hotel, mall, restaurant, retail and service in combination with 16 professional sectors of HOTEL PLUS. Through organic integration, advantage complementation and resource sharing, the two exhibitions, held in the same venue and place, will build an all-industry platform integrating franchise with commercial properties. The cooperation between the two sides will produce multiple positive effects in organizing and sharing buyers, improving exhibition quality, enhancing brand influence and developing promotion channels.
